HOW DOES THE PLATFORM WORK?
The workshops are designed to support your personal development and the app contains guided visualisations and meditations. The aim is to calm anxiety and stress and also empower your mindset with confidence and resilience. There are also different workbooks, such as the Gratitude Journal and Positive Affirmations, which are helpful resources.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I LISTEN TO THE SESSIONS?
The audios can be listened to as often as you like. Building a new routine of mindfulness and self-care is essential. You can favourite any audio's you like most.
CAN I LISTEN TO THE APP WHILE DRIVING?
Do not listen to any audio while driving or operating any machinery.
CAN I LISTEN TO THE APP WITH FRIENDS & FAMILY?
Listening to the sessions with family and friends is a great way to connect. Children also enjoy listening to the sessions.
